Fullerton Lake Campground

Description

Get your fill of history and lakeside camping goodness when you visit Fullerton Lake Campground. You can cast a line from shore or from your non-motorized boat, or hit the Fullerton Mill Trail to explore the ruins of one of the largest sawmill operations in the south. It is on the National Register of Historic Places, so you probably want to go check it out. Camping is available for tents and trailers so you can kick back after a full day with a cracklin campfire, a cold brew, and chillax the night away.

Fullerton Lake Campground is about 18 miles from Leesville. The sites are spacious and easily accommodated our 39' RV. There is a small lake directly beside the campground and there were several fisherman present. This is a secluded campground, typical NFS. It was a bit far from Leesville. We camped at Fullerton Lake Campground - Kisatchie in a Motorhome.
